			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have not given up on my goal to fully add Ruby to the languages I speak. I have already worked my way through the book <a href="http://railsforphp.com/" target="_blank">Ruby on Rails for PHP Developers</a> which is a great starting point I found, if you are, like myself, fluent in one, and interested in the other. Refinery, it turns out, has somewhat the same story as my very own Shanti. Resulting of many productions, Refinery is the best-of each of those productions. All pooled into one app. I really think this app looks might interesting, and already have one site in mind that I definitely will be trying this CMS out on.<br />
