As I said, it is really more of a starting point. So there is something un complete there. Maybe an installer might help this. What you will need to do is log in to the CMS first (http://yourinstallationpath/index.php/cms/ ) login with the username password (by default admin/admin ) create a section and page and select as published and default respectively.
