Save the internet

Or is the internet a series of tubes?

Does your kid have a cold?
Swedish pharmacists are fun people. The voiceover gives me the impression of a badly translated Godzilla movie, but set that aside this is a very well created site that both the parent and the child can have fun using. Really creative interface and informative at the same time. This gets a thumbs up from me.

What’s your opinion?

Vovo is sliding into the love/hate consept (something we have seen both Citroen and Honda do). Still a lot of different styles are blended into one campaign, is it a result of confusion, of indecisiveness or just plain brilliant.

How to prank a tele-marketer
If this poor sod did not quit his job after this experience, I pity him. Some have had some troubles seeing this. So if you do, I pity you too, cause this is a must-see…or must-hear rather.

Absolut again
Absolut, my favorite online work-out, has teamed up with Lomo. Remember the blurry pictures that spread like a wild-fire, a good five years ago now. On this page Absolute invites Lomo’ers world-wide to upload their works to this space…nice result

For the love of color
Nice-to-have link when in a creative cul-de-sac. here you can find hundreds, if not thousands of color combinations. Real nice…

Still Funny

linkbizkit vol. V

November 27, 2006

As I said, I had a bit of a crazy week, and another one is lining itself up for me. So I will leave the links as such this time. No words just little phrases. Sorry about that, I know it’s boring. So instead of holding on to them and wait until I find the times to share thoughts, facts and fiction, I am just clicking publish this time, without the normal bla bla.

Be the cause
Interesting ad to attract talent. TAKISADA NAGOYA - Textile Specialists are using the web to attract new talent. Yet another great use of video. The loading time is somewhat of a turn-off, but still, I like.

If expando - then EXPAND it
Stunning banner campaign to promote rum. Especially the Curtain and Phone banners are must sees.

PicTaps
A completely useless site as such. But I could not resist in creating my own private dancer. Can you?

Portfolio of Desmond Arsan
Nice use of Flash’s new visual filters. Setting aside the ‘pretty’ work of this designer.

Javier Ferrer Vidal
Another portfolio. A photographer this one…I think. The only thing that is somewhat disappointing is the way that the images open up once clicked. But that might just be the spoiled brat in me…

backward engineering?
Very funny stunt I found, essentially moving the first-person shooter craze back out of the screen. It’s a crazy world out there…

Two videos that I found amusing:
No need to actually to see them. You can just listen to the talk, while working, which are interesting as such. Much like Loose Change. Conspiracies, always fun, are they not?

The Occult World Of Commerce
Jordan Maxwell and Jason Whitney How commercial law applies to the U.S. people.

The Naked Truth
Exposing the Deceptions About the Origins of Modern Religions’.

waiting for a new linkbizkit

November 27, 2006

it is in the works. Just taking a bit longer this time. Lot’s of things have been going on, so I need just a few more days before it is ready for publication. Rest assured though, you are not the only one to wait…
